To help power our company’s growth, we are looking for a Merchandiser with exceptional creative and analytical abilities. This person will support the Merchandising team in achieving topline sales goals.

The ideal candidate has a passion for product and our brand personality, coupled with a drive for business results and the analytical horsepower to quickly and effectively answer a wide range of questions. Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to both think strategically and roll their sleeves up to get things done quickly and with limited resources. 


  • Manage the development process, beginning with the concept strategy, all the way through pre-production and bulk manufacturing.
  • Support manager through buy planning process by providing product-ranking recommendations.
  • Assist in creating sales reports in-season, in addition to all hindsight analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze in-season performance to identify areas of risk and opportunity, and proactively make recommendations to manager to support business.
  • Assist in the OTB process.
  • Proactively seek market knowledge to understand the competitive environment.
  • Maintain organized samples, submits and trim approvals.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor level degree and 1-2 years of experience in Retail Buying/Merchandising.
  • Excited to work in a collaborative team environment. A successful history of working cross-functionally to influence others and execute projects.
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment: highly self-directed, results-oriented and able to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Clear understanding of financial retail metrics.
  • Outstanding Excel skills.
  • Self-starter with an ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying keen attention to the details.
  • Results-driven and focused. Outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
