Customer Experience Associate (Part-Time)

We’re looking for an additional team member to help us take our customer experience to the next level by expanding our agent coverage and operating hours. The ideal candidate should have a great personality, cool as all get out, as well as the ability to think quickly on their feet. Exceptional writing and communication skills are also a must.

This position will be 20-25 hours a week.

THE JOB

  • Deliver the unique “Chubbies” experience to our community everyday, fielding questions and issues from Chubsters and future Chubsters.
  • Be the voice of our company and brand while being the voice of our customers when issues arise.
  • Identify key pain points and patterns for customers, and process changes to make us better in the future.
  • Available to act on time sensitive emails from our team and vendors.
  • Must be able to work between 9am to 8:30pm EST, blocked times as coverage is needed. 
  • Hard-worker who will do whatever it takes to preserve our brand in a customer’s mind.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Self-starter and responsible.
  • Passionate about helping our customers every step of the way.
  • Awesome communicator that can riff off of our unique brand voice. Gets it.
  • Delivers tasks and projects on time and is self-managed.
  • Solves problems quickly, completely, and thoughtfully.
  • Eagerness to learn new tech systems and procedures, as well as thinking outside the box.
  • Can juggle many tasks at once while remaining organized and on task.
  • Shorts enthusiast.
  • Creative mind always trying to figure out ways where we can blow our customer’s minds.
